Welcome to Concrete Studio. By using our website and placing an order with us, you agree to the following Terms of Service. These terms are intended to ensure transparency and a smooth experience for both our customers and our studio.

Handmade Nature of Products

All Concrete Studio products are handcrafted. Variations in colour, texture, air bubbles, markings and finish form part of the natural beauty and character of concrete and handmade materials. No two items will ever be exactly the same.

Product images are intended as a guide and slight variations may occur between photographs and the final item received.

Custom Orders

Many of our products are made to order and can be customised in size, colour, finish and design.

Custom orders may require longer lead times and additional communication regarding specifications and approvals.

Once production has started on a custom item, changes or cancellations may not be possible.

Lead Times

Estimated lead times will be communicated when placing your order. While we do our best to meet timelines, lead times may vary depending on production schedules, curing times, material availability and courier logistics.

Concrete Studio cannot be held responsible for delays caused by third-party couriers or circumstances beyond our control.

Pricing

All pricing displayed on the website is subject to change without notice.

Courier and delivery charges are not included unless clearly stated. Delivery costs are quoted separately based on the size, weight and destination of the order.

Delivery & Collection

Customers are responsible for ensuring that access to the delivery site is suitable for large or heavy items.

Additional charges may apply for stairs, long carrying distances or specialised handling requirements.

Collection from our Cape Town studio is available by appointment.

Care & Maintenance

Concrete is a durable but natural material and should be treated with care similar to other quality furniture and decor items.

Customers are encouraged to follow recommended care instructions to maintain the appearance and longevity of their products.

Returns & Refunds

Damage During Transport

All items are packed carefully before leaving our studio. If your item arrives damaged, you must notify us within 48 hours of delivery and provide photographs of both the product and packaging.

Intellectual Property

All designs, photographs, content and branding on this website remain the property of Concrete Studio and may not be copied or reproduced without permission.

Wholesale & Trade

Wholesale, trade and custom bulk orders may be subject to separate pricing, lead times and agreements.
