RETURN & REFUND POLICY

At Concrete Studio, each piece is carefully handcrafted and packed with great care to help prevent damage during transport.

If your order is not what you expected, you are welcome to return the item to us using your own courier or delivery service. Once the product has been received by us in its original, unused condition and without any damage, we will gladly process a refund.

Please note:

  • Return courier costs are the responsibility of the customer.
  • Custom-made or personalised items may not qualify for refunds unless faulty or damaged.
  • Due to the handmade nature of concrete, slight variations in colour, texture and finish are considered part of the character of the product and not defects.
  • Any damages during return transport remain the responsibility of the customer until safely received by Concrete Studio.

If your item arrives damaged, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery with photographs so that we can assist in resolving the matter as quickly as possible.

We would like to bring to your attention that CONCRETE STUDIO has undergone a shift in its core focus. Consequently, we are no longer involved in stocking tiles, providing service advice, or any other aspects related to previous tile purchases from our previous manufacturer.

While we understand the importance of addressing customer inquiries, it's imperative to note that we are not in a position to provide any support, guidance, or service pertaining to prior tile-related transactions. Our dedication now lies in embracing new opportunities and expanding our product and service offerings in different directions.
